Classes run the second Sunday of each month (times vary). You will receive an email confirmation with all the details.
*Our smoothie recipes are gluten-free and vegan. Please note, our kitchen IS NOT peanut free. Please note any other allergies when you register.

All classes require 72 hour advance notice for cancellation or you will forfeit your class and payment. With 72 hours notice, you can apply the payment to another class time/date. If there is a sickness or last minute emergency, we can also apply your credit to another class. We don’t offer refunds on classes. Class dates/times are subject to change and cancellation.
