Creamy, filling and deliciously satisfying and nutritious version of a cheesecake. You’ll actually feel good after indulging in a slice. When frozen, they are like an ice cream cake. Gluten free, soy free, corn free and vegan* (see ingredient list).

Toppings and decor vary depending on flavor and season. Toppings with fresh herbs and fruits will keep for 1-3 days in your fridge, otherwise you can keep frozen for 6 weeks or refrigerated for 1 week. Please include your event date and preference if OK to include fresh toppings and/or flowers. Overall design may vary from pictures. Our cakes are super dense and rich and our medium cake contains about 4 cups of organic nuts! Don’t worry, we soak the nuts that make the “cheesecake” portion so they are better digested and the vitamins and minerals are better absorbed. They are super filling and satisfying and totally clean-eating. Gluten-free, corn-free, refined sugar-free, organic, vegan, soy-free, artificial dye-free, mostly raw, non-GMO. We only use plant-based food for coloring. Keep refrigerated (fresh up to a week) or frozen in an airtight container (4 weeks+). CONTAINS TREE NUTS. Our kitchen handles peanuts and some flavors contain peanuts (see ingredient list). Cakes are made on clean equipment that also processes peanuts. 

Keep frozen for long-term storage. Transfer to your refrigerator the evening before or morning of your event or let sit out for 20-30 minutes to thaw slightly. Tip: use a sharp knife dipped in hot water and dried to slice when frozen (allow to soften 5-10 minutes before slicing). Cakes (depending on herb and fruit toppings) can last in the fridge up to 1 week.

Gingerbread Cranberry: (All organic) cashews, dates, vanilla powder, Himalayan salt, coconut oil, coconut cream, brown rice syrup, cranberries, orange, cinnamon, ginger.

Spiced Chai Latte: (All organic) cashews, brazil nuts, dates, Himalayan salt, maple syrup, coconut oil, coconut cream, lemon juice, vanilla powder, cinnamon, decaf chai blend tea (ginger root, cinnamon bark, Red Rooibos Tea, cardamom, cloves, and nutmeg.)

Beet Honey: (All organic, *NOT Vegan) cashews, dates, beet powder, Himalayan salt, honey, coconut oil, coconut cream, lemon. 

Brownie Mint Swirl: (All organic) cashews, almonds, dates, cacao powder, coconut oil, coconut cream, brown rice syrup, fresh mint, peppermint extract, cacao nibs, spirulina, Himalayan salt, blackberries.

Chocolate Peanut Butter: (All organic) peanuts, cashews, dates, cacao powder, Himalayan salt, maple syrup, coconut oil, coconut cream, peanut butter, brown rice syrup.
